There are things to come! A lot of stuff is going on behind the scenes and there's a lot of new content that I'm almost ready to release. Today marks the start of finals week at RIT. I have an 8 AM final tomorrow, then a 6 PM final after that, so I'm not sure how my sleep cycle is going to react. Because it's finals week two things have happened: I have more time to work on the site, and I have a lot of projects to showcase. I enrolled in a photo class this quarter, so I'm going to have projects from that to put up, as well as candid shooting. There are also two top secret projects that I'm finalizing, and as always the Uploader has received more attention.
Speaking of school, next quarter I'm signed up for an audio engineering class which is only available this quarter. It's a brand new experimental course with limited enrollment, and I'm pumped that I was able to join it. I've never had any formal audio technical training, but it's a very important part of audio production. It should be a great experience if the class is well organized. You can see my tentative winter schedule here. The telecommunications class is audio engineering. In true RIT organizational fashion the course hasn’t actually been given a proper name yet.
In other news…not much! I did something to my back while driving to Syracuse a few days ago, so I’ve been pestered with constant, relatively intense lower back pain, but it’s going away. I hope. It hasn’t gotten any worse, at least. I’m not going to worry about it. The forums have received a little action recently, which is great. The regulars there are all busy with school and work, so I value any posts that are made.
